1:1 Sessions

My work is presence-based. We begin in stillness, listen deeply to what's actually here, and inquire into it together. We meet whatever arises with loving awareness. From here, we realize that who we are is much bigger than our perceived problems and limitations. Entrenched patterns of thought and emotion soften. Clarity emerges out of confusion. Wisdom emerges from inside that knows our next right step.

Logistics

Sessions are 60 minutes, on Zoom or in-person in Lyons, Colorado. The first session is free, so we can meet and see if working together feels right. After that, sessions are $150. If cost is a barrier, let me know and we can discuss options.
